Research Interests
Fernanda is mainly interested in understanding the processes that regulate chromatin dynamics during development. By using cellular and molecular approaches such as CRISPR-Cas9, and genome wide techniques, Fernanda is trying to elucidate the link between H3 tail modifiability and linker histones during cell differentiation.
