Biography

Amaal Alharbi is a bioinformatician passionate about transforming genetic data into actionable insights for research and healthcare. With a strong background in medical genetics and biochemistry, and over six years of experience, she excels in data analysis, pipeline development, and wet lab techniques.

 

Research Interests

Amaal research interests on leveraging genetic data to elucidate various biological mechanisms. She aims to apply advanced data analysis and machine learning to unlock insights into genome packaging, regulation, and its underlying mechanisms. Additionally, she is interested in building predictive models to accelerate our understanding of chromosomes and genomes.
